There are basically admission through Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and by Direct Entry.
Admission through UTME:
The student who applied to read computer science in Evangel University Akaeze is expected to sit for the following subjects in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must have credit passes in the under listed Departmental required subjects in Senior Secondary School Certificate level or equivalence examination in at most two sittings.

UTME SUBJECTS

  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Physics
  4. Any of Chemistry or Biology

Departmental Requirements:
Credit Pass in 

  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Physics
  4. Chemistry
  5. Any other science subjects from the following (Biology, Agriculture, Geography, Health Sc, (or their equivalent)

Admission by Direct Entry:
Direct entry candidates must in addition to (2) above have an Advanced level (A’Level) or its equivalence in Computer Science and any other science subject.
