College Brief Information

The College of Management Sciences of the Evangel University, Akaeze is one of the Colleges that started at the inception of the University following its licensing in February, 2012.

The College houses four Departments that run fully accredited programmes by the National Universities Commission (NUC] and other professional bodies like the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in *ACCOUNTING * BANKING AND FINANCE * BUSINESS MANAGEMENT and * MARKETING.

The College admitted her first set of students in the 2012/2013 academic session and subsequently continued to admit students taking into cognizance her carrying capacity in order to sustain excellence in manpower development.

The College offers four-year regular programmes that lead to the award of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degrees in the different disciplines. The degrees are obtained through course work and research embodied in well documented projects successfully executed by the students. The awards are made in character and learning.

Admission into the College is through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Direct Entry (DE) students with HND or ND with lower credit or above in the relevant disciplines are considered for a three year degree programmes.

Highlights of the College include among others, Econometrics Laboratory for students’ research works, regular power supply, fully stocked and up-to-date Library and Highly qualified and dedicated Lecturers.
