Professor Udu A . Ibiam hails from Ekoli Edda, Afikpo South LGA of Ebonyi State, He started his academic journey at Egbebu Central School, Ekoli Edda in 1974, where he got his FSLC. He had a brief stay at Secondary Technical School, Ekoli-Nguzu Edda between 1980-1983 and transferred to Secondary Technical School, Ogbor Hill, Aba where he completed his secondary education with outstanding result in WASC examination in 1985.

After some years of academic eclipse, he proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria, where he obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from the Department of Biochemistry in 1997 and 2001, respectively. He completed his Ph.D degree in Environmental Toxicology in 2004 at the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia, Norwich, England. He was a DBT_TWAS-Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Neurosciences, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India, from 2007-2008, majoring in Neurotoxicology.

Udu rose to the rank of a Professor of Biochemical Toxicology in 2015 in the Department of Biochemistry, Ebonyi State University. Professor Ibiam, was Head of Department of Biochemistry between 2005-2007, and 2008-2011, and the Dean of Faculty of Biological Sciences of Ebonyi State University from 2011-2015. In addition, he held various responsible positions in the university, and was a member of many committees in the university over the years. Prof Ibiam has more than one hundred international and national journal articles and books to his credit and has won the Institutional TetFund Research grants three times for the University. In 2018, he was on one year sabbatical leave appointment at the Department of Medical Biochemistry, Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State and was highly commended for his contributions to the University during the period, hence he has been rendering academic services to the university till date. Prof Ibiam has visited many universities across the country as a member of NUC accreditation team and External Examiner; he is actively involved in Professorial assessment of lecturers from many Universities.

As the longest serving Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, he has mentored many lecturers to the Professorial cadre, supervised many doctorial and Master of Science degrees students. He joined Evangel University, Akaeze in 2015 as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry, College of Science. Shortly after his assumption of duty, he was appointed the Head of Department of Biochemistry, a position he held until he was appointed Deputy Vice Chancellor by the EU Governing Council on March 31, 2022. He is a member of many professional academic organizations including Nigerian Society of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Society of Basic and Clinical Toxicology, Nigerian, Cassava Cyanide Disease Network (CCDN), Australia, to mention but a few. Prof Ibiam is member of the Assemblies of God, with membership spanning over forty years. He is happily married to Dr Mrs Onyinyechi Udu-Ibiam and they are blessed with with children.

Prof Nkechinyere Nwokoye is a Professor of Igbo Language and Literature at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka , Anambra State, Nigeria . Member, Governing Council Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and Evangel University Akaeze, Ebonyi State . She is currently the Director, Centre for Arts, Culture and Humanities, NAU. A Daughter of Grace in the Hands of God as well as a minister of the Word of God.  Has written many Books and articles in reputable journals and has produced many Graduates . She is the Vice President of Igbo Studies Association.

Mr. Steve Eze Odo was born on 15th November, 1962 at Okposhi Eshi, Ngbo in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. He had his primary education at Central School, Odeatang Okposhi-Eshi Ngbo from 1971 to 1976 after which he was admitted into Boys Secondary School, Iboko from 1977 to 1982 where he sat for and passed WAEC in flying colours in 1982.
Thereafter, he proceeded to Anambra State College of Education, Awka, where he obtained the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) in English and Social Studies in 1986. On graduation he worked briefly as a Tutor at Ezza Girls Secondary School, Izikworo Ezza South L.G.A of Ebonyi State  from 1988 to 1991 where he taught English Language and Literature before gaining admission into University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) to study English/Education combined Honours. He graduated with Second Class Honours, Upper Division in 1995 .
He later left the teaching job and secured appointment with the Institute of Management and Technology, (IMT) Enugu where he cut his teeth in Administration. At IMT Enugu, he worked under the Registrar and understudied him and the complexities of Educational Administration.
On creation of Ebonyi State, he relocated to Ebonyi State and was absorbed into Ebonyi State University College as one of the pioneer staff of the University. Mr. Odo grew along with the University as he rose through the ranks and worked in almost all the Departments of the Registry Unit. He also worked as Deputy Registrar, Joint University Preliminary Examination Board, (JUPEB), 2018-2021. He was a member of many Administrative Committees in Ebonyi State University. Mr. Odo holds a Masters Degree in English Education obtained in 2015 from Ebonyi State University and is at present a Doctor of Philosophy Programme Candidate in English Education. He was elected into Ebonyi State University Governing Council as a representative of the Congregation from 2009-2012 in a keenly contested election. He has contributed to the society in various ways. As an Educational Administrator, he advised EBSU Management during the impasse and non graduation of WASP students for 7years- the advice which led to the graduation of the first set of WASP students which paved way for the popularity of the programme in Ebonyi State and beyond. Mr. Odo is the first Examination Officer in EBSU who signed the first WASP Certificate of a WASP student who graduated from WASP. He is also the only staff of EBSU who worked as Admission Officer twice, first from 1999 to 2002 and later from 2009 to 2013. He also acted as Electoral Officer for SSANU in EBSU twice during SSANU elections as a result of the trust reposed on him.
On December 10, 2021 Mr. Odo was appointed the Registrar of Evangel University, Akaeze, a position he still holds till date. He is a member of Assemblies of God, Nigeria and worships at Assemblies of God Church, Ugwuachara in Abakaliki District.  He takes special joy in the things of God especially when he remembers the grace of God upon his life and his family. Mr. Odo is a Jerusalem Pilgrim (JP) having visited Israel on Pilgrimage in 2008. He was given the Award of Diamond father in 2010 by Maryland Church Ogbagade, Mgbo. Mr. Steve E Odo is a fellow of the institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI) in Educational Administration. He is happily married with children and enjoys reading, writing and watching movies among other leisure.

Vice Chancellor

Prof I U Kalu studied Estate Management at the undergraduate level at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus before proceeding to the University of Reading, England for his MSc in Urban Land Appraisal. He later obtained a PhD in Valuation and Appraisal at Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria.
Prof Kalu started his professional and academic career as a Graduate Assistant in 1983 and rose to the rank of Professor in 2009. He is presently the Vice-Chancellor of Evangel University, Akaeze. He was elected as an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 1988 and elevated to the Fellowship (FNIVS) grade in 2001. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (FCArb). He is a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV). He was one-time Chief Examiner of the Professional Examinations of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers for four years. He is an Academic Member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI Acad) with Headquarters in France and currently serves as a Judge of the Annual Real Estate Project Award known as Prix de Excellence. He represented NIESV on the Board of Commonwealth Association of Land Economy for several years. He was Chairman of the Environmental Sciences Selection Panel for Commonwealth Postgraduate Scholarship. He was an expert witness in a number of high-profile compensation cases in the Oil industry that ended at the Supreme Court of Nigeria. 
Further on the academic front, he has taught real estate students at all levels and supervised twelve PhDs in six Nigerian Universities and over eighteen MScs. He served as Head of Department, Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Studies, Director of Academic Planning, Member of the Governing Council of Abia State University and Evangel University before his appointment as Vice-Chancellor. EARLY LIFE
The Rev. Abel Ukachi Amadi, Ph.D. was born in 1959 to Mr. & Mrs. Amadi Ozurumba of Umuchukwu, Mpama Egbu in Owerri North L.G.A. of Imo State, Nigeria.  He is the sixth child and the fourth son of his parents.

EDUCATION
Rev. Abel Ukachi Amadi had his Primary education at Central School, Egbu, Owerri from 1971 to 1976  and his Secondary School education at Comprehensive Secondary School, Egbu from 1976 to 1980 where he obtained his West African School Certificate( WASC) in June 1980 and General Certificate of Education(GCE) in November also in  1980 respectively . He had his Diploma in Theology and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Education from the Assemblies of God Divinity School of Nigeria, Old Umuahia, Abia State following his call to the Pastoral Ministry in 1981.  He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and Master’s Degree (M.ED) in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Calabar, Cross Rivers State.

Rev. Amadi completed a second Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Religion  at Imo State University, Owerri and subsequently a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Religious and Cultural Studies at the same  University.

AWARDS/ SOCIAL LIFE.
Rev. Amadi has won many awards of excellence  within the country due to his outstanding Performance and achievements in leadership, and positive contributions to the body of Christ and the general society. Notably among the awards is the award of Justice of Peace (JP) by the Imo State Government. Rev Amadi has widely traveled around the world attending conferences.

 MINISTERIAL CALL/ACHIEVEMENTS
The good Lord captured the zealous Abel Amadi  very early in life.  He gave his life to Jesus Christ in 1975 while in Primary School and has remained a committed child of God till date. He received the call of God upon his life in 1980 and left for pastoral ministry in 1981 after working very briefly with Ashamu Group of Companies, Lagos, as an Account Clerk. 

Rev. Amadi successfully pastored four Churches before being elected as  District Superintendent of Owerri East District of  Assemblies of God Nigeria in 2009.  These four Churches include:

AGC Umuezegwu, Ihitte–Uboma (1981 – 1986);
AGC Umuaka Orlu – (1986 – 1993);
AGC Alaenyi Ogwa – (1993 – 1997);
AGC Ikenegbu Owerri (1997 – 2009).

At his last pastoral station, Assemblies of God Church, Ikenegbu, the Rev Abel Ukachi Amadi revolutionized the pattern of erecting AG Church Buildings by constructing an exemplary ultra–modern auditorium that became the cynosure of all eyes and which has challenged many other pastors to follow suit.  He also changed the hitherto stereotypical Sunday School October Enlargement Campaign program of the church into “Kingdom Enlargement and Music Festival”. This attracted  notable Gospel Music Artistes who drew crowds of people every Sunday in the month of October. The program brought many souls to Christ and expanded AG Churches in Owerri-East District. Also, while serving in these Churches, Rev Amadi initiated many soul enriching, human empowerment and Church growth programmes.

He founded the Evangel Model Secondary School Owerri - a full boarding school for boys and girls owned by the Assemblies of God, Nigeria, Owerri-East District.  He is the initiator of a scholarship programme for the children of the indigent pastors and members of the Church in Owerri East District of the Assemblies of God Nigeria.

LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
The Rev. Abel Ukachi Amadi has held several leadership positions in the Church. He has served as a Senior  Pastor,sectional leader, District Treasurer of Owerri  District before being elected as District Superintendent of Owerri  East District in 2009. 

Rev. Amadi has held different positions at the National Church level: He was a member of the Executive Committee (EC), the highest policy making body of Assemblies  of God Nigeria, from 2014 – 2022. He headed various committees within the same period such as the Committee on Education for the determination of Bible Schools Financial Autonomy, Chairman Project Assessment Committee , Chairman AG Press and Bookshop, Chairman of Panels of Investigation on various issues.  He also served as a Board Member of the Assemblies of God Ministers Benefit (AGMBS)and  is currently the chairman of the Scheme.

Dr. Abel Ukachi Amadi was elected the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Nigeria during its Council Meeting in November 2022, a position that has  conferred on him  the oversight function of  over sixteen thousand Pastors and more than three million members; 133 administrative Districts or Units and Areas  across the nation and institutions owned by the Church such as Bible Schools, AG Mortgage Bank PLC, and is today being installed as Chancellor of Evangel University, Akaeze, Ebonyi State.

FAMILY LIFE
Rev. Abel Ukachi Amadi is married to Rev. Mrs. Best Chioma Amadi and their marriage is blessed with four lovely children ( All are  graduates) and many grandchildren.

Chukwudi Ochi Onyeaso is from Ngodo Isuochi in Umunneochi LGA of Abia State. He had his primary, secondary and tertiary education at Ngodo Primary School, Methodist College, Uzuakoli in Abia State and University of Ibadan, respectively. He had his postgraduate training at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan and Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Lagos. After obtaining the Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons in 1999, he was employed as Lecturer I / Consultant Orthodontist by the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan and the University College Hospital, Ibadan in December 2000, making him the first Consultant Orthodontist at the University College Hospital, Ibadan. Following a 6-month staff development award he received from the MacArthur Foundation, he proceeded to the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), USA, in 2004 for his post-fellowship exposure. He served as the Sub-Dean (Undergraduate) in the Faculty of Dentistry, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan from 2004 to 2006. He got his professorial chair and became the pioneer Professor of Orthodontics at the College of Health Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, as well as Consultant Orthodontist at the Dental Centre, University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH), Port Harcourt, Nigeria, since January 14, 2008. He became a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI) by examination in 2004 and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists (FWFO) in 2005. Professor C O Onyeaso was conferred with the Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) in 2019 by the Division for Certification and Accreditation of the International Agency for Standards and Ratings (IASR) for his outstanding contributions to the society. In 2023, he was admitted as a Fellow of the merit-based Nigerian Academy of Medicine. Among others, Professor Onyeaso belongs to the following professional bodies: Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Nigerian Dental Association (NDA), Medical and Dental Consultant Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS), honorary member, the Research Board of Advisors of the American Biographical Institute, Court of Examiners of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, West African College of Surgeons, Nigerian Association of Orthodontists (NAO), Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow, Institute of Resources and Scientific Management (FIRSM), and Fellow, African Academics Network (FAAN). He was a two-term Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, College of Health Sciences of University of Port Harcourt from 2013 to 2017, as well as the Honorary Director of Clinical Dental Services for the same period at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH). He has served the University system in many committees including Investigative Panels involved in the resolution of students’ crises at the University of Port Harcourt. He headed the University of Port Harcourt Senate Committee on Academic Prizes from 2011 till 2022. In addition to the undergraduate students, Professor Onyeaso trains postgraduate doctors both for the West African College of Surgeons and the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. As an expert in his field, he examines at the various dental schools in Nigeria. Professor Onyeaso was the elected Representative of University of Port Harcourt Senate at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) Board for two consecutive terms (2009-2011). He was also elected by the Senate of the University of Port Harcourt to represent her in the Joint Council / Senate Selection Board for the appointment of the 8th Vice Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt in 2015. He was a resource person at the first Health Summit in Nigeria at Asaba, Delta State in 2014. He is a regular resource person to the National Universities Commission (NUC) either as a Chairman or member of several committees in the formulation of basic minimum academic standards (BMAS) for programmes in Nigerian Universities and accreditation of academic programmes in Nigerian Universities. He has served twice as a Board member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the West African College of Surgeons and is still an examiner of the West African College of Surgeons Examinations both at the Part I (Membership) and Part II (Fellowship) levels. Professor Onyeaso is the Chairman of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Medical and Dental Consultants’ Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), UPTH Branch. Much earlier in his academic life, he was recognized by the Federal School of Arts and Science, Aba, Abia State as the Best Behaved Student, as well as the Best Biology Student at Advanced level. At the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, he was the first lecturer to be honoured by the Unibadan Association of Dental Students (UADS) as the Best Lecturer in 2001/2002 academic session. He received a global recognition for his contributions to sports development through Dentistry in 2003 (www.SportsDDS.com/Nigeria). The Journal of National Medical Association (JNMA), Washington, USA honoured him in 2003 for his immense contributions to the growth of the journal.  Professor C O Onyeaso was invited to serve as the Editor-in-Charge of all the English manuscripts submitted to the bilingual scientific journal based in France - Odonto-Stomatologie Tropicale (Tropical Dental Journal), which did from 2004 till 2019. In 2005, he received letters of commendation from the Provost and Vice Chancellor of the College of Medicine and University of Ibadan, respectively for excellent performances of special assignments. In 2007, he was again recognized by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ibadan as one of the scholars that brought glory to the University through his scientific publications. Professor Onyeaso holds a GOLD Medal for Nigeria by the American BiographicaI Institute, USA, in recognition of his contributions to knowledge globally. He has over 123 scientific publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals across the globe, and sits on Boards of several medical and dental journals worldwide. He is the only Orthodontist from West Africa on the Review Board of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (AJODO) since 2004, the highly rated professional international journal in his specialty. Many of his publications have received international recognitions with several official requests for documentation of some by institutions outside Nigeria such as the British Library. He has also been honoured as a member of the Index Copernicus Scientists (MICS) and the membership of the Society of Industry Leaders (MSIL). Chukwudi Ochi Onyeaso is widely travelled and has presented papers at different conferences locally and internationally. According to AD Scientific Index 2023 Ranking, Chukwudi Onyeaso is the highest ranked Scientist in the College of Health Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, he is among the Top 2% Scientists in Nigeria and among the Top 20% Scientists in the world based on the total h-index and total i10-index. In 2015, Professor Onyeaso was recognized by the West Africa Students Leaders Forum (WASLF) for his contributions to Education. Professor Onyeaso is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Nigerian Dental Deans (ANDD). In March 2019, Professor C O Onyeaso was honoured by the Assemblies of God Nigeria as an Ambassador of the Kingdom. Professor Chukwudi O. Onyeaso is happily married with children to Dr. (Mrs.) Adedamola Olutoyin Onyeaso, who was the 2018 Winner of the World Championship in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR Skills), of the Department of Health Promotion, Environmental and Safety Education (formerly of the Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education), Faculty of Education, University of Port Harcourt. As an Ambassador of Jesus Christ, Professor Onyeaso strives with the power of the Holy Ghost to please the Lord Jesus Christ in everything he does and in every position of service while waiting for His appearing.
