Born on 12th March, 1975 in Manta Village, Abak Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Dr. Ubong Nnana Umanah started and completed his primary education at St. Patrick’s Primary School, Manta/Ikot Oku Mfang in 1987. He obtained his senior school certificate in 1997 from Lott Carey Baptist Secondary Commercial School, Ikot Efre Itak.
